Winter driving

There are around 20 million car accidents nationwide every year. Thats 54,000 accidents a day. The main reasons are distracted driving, speaking on the phone, drunk driving and lastly swerving for animals. Many people get seriously injered because they want to save an animals life but crash doing so. So this holiday season be on the look out for those wild turkeys who might be running away from being the main course at the family table. As the snow falls and the roads become hazardous, remember to read the road signs and keep distractions away from you.  Here is a list of things you should have in your car during winter.

  1. A blanket
  2. Extra warm clothing
  3. Jumper cables
  4. Ice scraper
  5. Dried food
  6. Tire sealant
  7. Flashlight
  8. Small tool kits
  9. First aid kit
  10. Pop up cone

All these will keep you safe during the winter roads. Thank you for reading and I hope this holiday season is a good one. Let me know if you want to know more about winter driving.
