This school year, South Lancaster Academy is welcoming two new teachers to its staff. Teaching the 4th grade class is Joanne Baldwin. Mrs. Baldwin has taught for about 10-12 years in both, public school and private school. “I love teaching! The best 4th grade class ever!” says Mrs. Baldwin. Teaching a class with 13 kids total, she says the kids all work well and are very busy. “Keeps me busy, but I enjoy it.”

When she’s not at school she enjoys: scrap-booking, swimming, reading, and spending time with friends and family

Teaching the 5th grade, is Kendra Bisson. Ms. Bisson has been teaching for 3 years, only teaching in the private school system. Teaching a class of 22 kids, she says they are very well behaved. “I’m trying to have all the kids work together and try to understand.” says Ms. Bisson.

On Ms. Bissons’ free time she likes to: spend time with her son, hiking, biking, singing, and playing
